Can't Configure Sever

Hey! I have the newest version of the MTA client on my computer. When i try to set up a sever, I click Setup Server. I get an error that says "System Error &80070583 (-2147023485). Class does not exist. How can I fix this, so I can setup the server options?

Browse to C:\Program Files\Multi Theft Auto and delete the file MTAServerConfigTool.exe.manifest.
