[HELP] Server Modding

I'm not sure if this is the right place but I'll need some help with modding. I'll skip that "I'm creating a new server, blabla" part and get to the point. I'll need some help to mod my MTA server, I'm a beginner and not really sure how to do it. I'll need to mod cars and I'll need to mod weapons + their icons. So if someone got a spare 5 minutes and explain that to me, it would be great.

You'd have to use engine Replace DFF, and engine Replace TXD for that purpose, you can find the ids and what not in the admin panel.
