[HELP] Map appearing and disappearing [Only In Server]

Hi, i couldnt fix it. There is a video about this problem. Map objects, buildings appearing and disappearing with my look angle. I tried to set up new server with new files etc.

I tried to delete everything except one location of building because i thought maybe there were too much objects but didnt work.

I tried to change my Vds and it is still the same at the new Vds. I couldnt understand, here is my last hope and chance to fix it.

Btw; i didnt want to upload it to youtube etc. This is good website for me to upload videos easly.
