So i just downloaded MTA and i have no idea what's this about.

Any ideas?

That component is not required for MTA any more, so you can ignore the problem if the install completes after pressing OK.

If the install does not complete, try this:

Open command prompt as administrator and enter this command:

fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\ 

And if that doesn't help, try this command:

sfc /scannow
