Installer crashes at windows 10

Hi everybody, I'm having problems if the Installer of MTA, I can't Install it in the windows 10, I don't know what to do, If someone can give the archives for a manual installation, I will be so happy!

Obs: The installer stop to working after 10 seconds...

There is no manual installation option.

What exactly happens? Can you make a video?

I can't make a video, but I already "fix" I install in another computer if windows 7 and pass the installed archives, to this PC. The installer only stop to working after the 3 part.
