Hello guys!

I have a question for example i created a client sided script, and i used outputChatBox like this:

function output()
outputChatBox ("Test", root, 255, 255, 255, true) --Do we need the "root" argument?
end
addCommandHandler ("outpt", output)

As far as I know most arguments are optional but if you want to use them you should define them. For a client sided command handler like in your example your arguments are:

  • command - A string representing the command, (outpt in this case)
  • argument[1] - Any argument (word) after the command.
  • ...

Also outputChatBox does not have any player argument in client side, it's only visible to the local player. You'll find excellent documentation on all that in the wiki.
