Problem with ressources

Hi , im new in this forum and in Mta World , my name is Jaber from morocco i started coding with lua 2 month ago but im already Devlopper ( C , Pawn , Python , Pascal ). im trying to make a roleplay GameMode with a open source bases ( Fair play Gaming Thank you socialz ) beacause i hate Valhalla and the stollent script OWL .

But i have a problem with some ressource like : roleplay-scoreboard , my problem is : the scoreboard wont show exept if i reboot him and i need to reboot him for each player joined the server .
