Custom Animation

I saw these pictures of a MTA dayz server and im curious to know what are they using for this custom animation.. i mean i know that there is such an animation in the default san andreas animations.

About 2 years ago i saw some post saying that they will be creating a custom animation function in the MTA, so if these server had this then i think they made it.. if anyone knows the method of adding custom animations please reply here:

Custom animations have been removed from MTA since it bugged out everything. They never managed to fix it.

they never managed to fix some bugs and therefore has been removed from the core of MTA again.
