Playername from GUI Element

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I'm in middle of writing a script and I need to get a player name from a gridlist row. I have a list of players online as the gridlist, but how can I give for example money to the player by selecting their name on a gridlist and then clicking a button? I couldn't figure this one out.
