Deleting MTA (error?)

Hello,

I tried to run Uninstall.exe and these 2 files (http://prntscr.com/a32qo5) were still there. So when i'm trying to delete those files manually i'm getting an popup that Multi Theft Auto Launcher is open(http://prntscr.com/a32ozt)... I open Task Manager and it isn't there.

Click on "Show processes from all users" at the bottom of Windows Task Manager

EDIT: Or restart PC
