I can't start the game[RESOLVED]

Well the tittle actually says everything I guess.

Today I formated my PC and when I installed GTA:sA from Steam and MTA:SA from this site obviously... it was installing, normally.

When I was going to start the game it appears the screen " Stop playing with yourself " but after 30 seconds it doesn't appear the rest, it seems not to be working and I re-installed GTA:SA and MTA:SA a lot of times... still the same, any solution?

Oh right! Forgot to install the drivers for graphics card after formating the PC :fp:

Do you have GeForce GT 220 ?
