Brightness Problem

Hello MTA:SA Community,

Actually i'v faced a brightness problem which is: when i open mta:sa the brightness apears normal but few seconds later it turn to a dark brightness while my mta:sa brightness at max like what you will watch in the video: https://vid.me/Nqgz

i'v asked alot of friends staff members in my server about a solution for this problem and they didnt know after i despaired i decided to post here and maybe someone will tell me a solution for this problem

this problem really annoys me because it sometimes hurt my eyes

1) Does the problem happen on other screen resolutions e.g. 1280 x 1024 ?

2) I see you have a LG E2241 monitor. When the game has started, try pressing the 'Eco' or 'Engine' button. Does it change the brightness?

3) In MTA try: Settings->Video->Fullscreen mode->Borderless window

1) yes it happen with me in any other resolution

2)i dont know whats 'Eco' or 'Engine' button or where are they?

3)i tried but when i make it borderless window when i open the game the screen brightness become dark as it is

nop, it doesn't happen to the whole desktop, it happen to MTA:SA Only

Please make another video with MTA in windowed mode, so I can see both MTA and the Windows desktop when the brightness changes

actually i was inactive this last period of time

i fixed this problem with a new windows installation
