[HELP]Can't remove the object world

Hello Mates,I want to remove that fence,I tried everything but it does not come out.

Location:Ls Airport

-I tried removing with editor but i can't select it.

-I tried to create another in the same place and use

removeWorldModel 

it did not work.

-I tried to remove with editor by pressing "E" and with cursor but did not work.
