Problem with opening ports.

Hello, i want to create test server on own windows 7 for scripts and i have problem with ports - can't open them. I trying and trying but everything what im doing nothing gives. Of course, any firewalls and other software are off. My router is Arris TG862. Can somebody help me?

Perhaps your ISP is blocking them additionally? In which case you could ask your ISP about the solution.

My ISP is primitive and it thinks this same about his clients, internet is provide "as it is", formally i don't have access to router configuration. I think something i doing wrong, but what.

if you to juste test your script its easy juste run mta server and go to mta local then connect you dont need to open port

open ports its only if you want to make your server in internet i mean to give server for everyone to conect to it then youhave 2 way

1-Cheek google and search for your router (how to open ports in it )

2-Contact your ISP and explaint to them your situation and they wiil give you some solutions

i dont have any idea and solution, i think ISP block this in own system or whatever.
