If you are referring to physical memory, then you can just right click on them and see how much space they take. However, if you are referring to RAM memory, that is a bit trickier, and depends on numerous other factors such as player count.

Try performancebrowser over HTTP interface of the server. It'll give details on CPU usage, memory usage, etc
