Max size GUI

Hello everyone. I am interesting one question, how I can set size GUI more then current resolution? I try this code, but nothing happends. Look at screenshot under, please (Do not pay attention to the picture on GUI):

Maximum size for GUI is limited by CEGUI to resolution.
