Can't enter a server.

I can't enter some servers, some servers work but some just give me a black screen and i have to reconnect many times to make it work and this problem is from loading the resources. On my server, when i start a resource I DC and get a msg that couldn't download that file etc.. Any help is appreciated.

BUMB, Once i connect to a server, it starts downloading the resources after some secs it reconnects and doesn't load or gets me a black screen. Please help
