Granting CallRemote Access

Hello,

I am setting up a new server in which communicates with an external link for login to PalmBeachGames. Their support directed me here to request how to grant SAPDFR Online administrator permissions and I do not know how to do so. Someone please reply with how I grant SAPDFR CallRemote administrator access, I need to know ASAP.

Add object resource.SAPDFR into the Admin/RPC ACL

How Would I go upon doing so, can you give me the script line(s) I would use and tell me where they go?

You should edit the ACL.xml file (in your server folder).

Just the same way you made your account with admin rights but now its resource.

"Add object resource.SAPDFR into the Admin/RPC ACL"

Instead of user.accountName, you should use resource.resourceName.

I am yet to set up my administrative privlages as for I do not know how to do this, I am not an experienced scripted as you can tell. If someone could insert an example of what I would use for the script for both of these and where I can put them I would be extremely greatful. Thanks.

I have tried it but my ACL just reverted back to the way it was before, any suggestions?

Before you do any changes on it you should stop the server.

And when you are done with editing the file save it and then start the server.

Your suggestion helped but now it is telling me my server is not registered. Below is my server info:

Machine IP: 73.17.202.44

MTA SA Connect IP: 198.27.76.193:22003

Additional IP: (Empty)
