Same serial?

I'm starting today with MTA and i tried to join the server with the most people, but i saw i have a ban? And i saw a serial. I think that Serial is included to MTA and someone got the same as me. Is there a way to play that server because 1 of my friends plays that server to. Nobody on my computer and ip plays MTA or GTA. Only i have acces to this computer so can someone help me?

Actually the serial is from your computer so nothing to do with that unless they remove the ban or play from other computer .

You will have to speak the the admins of that particular server. Explain your situation and hope they believe you. Did you buy your computer, or any components in it, second-hand by any chance?
