Need a script for vehicles, peds ,weapons

Hello everybody i need a script for adding new vehicles,ped skins ,weapons without to replace the old ones

For example -GTA SA Have 273 vehicles i want to be 274 and add a vehicle on my mta server

How can i do this ?

And how to install

ultra graphics on mta ?

oh dear bluntz but i don't want to mod i want to add vehicles without to replace the old one

You can replace weapon models.

Graphics depends upon your own computer GPU / resolution , Use max mta resolution and download High quality mods
