Looking to make a RP server.

Hey there. My name is Alp and I've been RPing around a few servers for about one and a half year now, mostly on OwlGaming here on MTA and LS:RP on SAMP but also on a few others. I've recently left both servers because the community and the type of RP isn't what I'm looking for in those two servers and I've always wanted to make my own roleplay server on MTA but I lack any type of knowledge about scripting or web design etc, so basically all I would be capable of doing is to admin and lead a server, create rules etc, assign people and take applications and that sort of thing.

Why I made this thread is because I'm looking for anyone who knows how to script and make web pages etc. I do have an income to pay for servers and that type of thing but I'm not exactly rich. I'm a pretty friendly guy and open to new ideas, and of course if you create the server together with me, you'll have just as much say in how the server is going to play out as I have. I would love it if anyone would get at me for this because I'm really passionate about making a RP server since I know alooot of people who, like me, do not find OwlGaming satisfactory and very corrupt, and they don't like migrating to SAMP so I could get a playerbase of maybe 20 people right away when the server opened.
