Is it possible to do that in Mta ?

i want to create nfs nitro effect in mta the problem is that i can't count the vehicle light position and where it should end ,beacuse i want to create DxDrawline3D and i don't know where to start and where to end .

Is someone can help to count the Position of vehicle ?
