Redistributable packages for Visual studio are not installed

i have a problem with MTA 1.5 .. when i open it .. a message box appear and typed in it "Redistributable packages for Visual studio are not installed" i download vcredist_x86_2013 and it didnt fix mta , what i need to do? I can open 1.4 with no problems
