Slow download @ Windows 10

Hello, I have problem in my download at servers, when I upgrade from 8 to 10, download in servers is very slow, the problem not from internet the problem from mtasa, slow maps download and resources download, it's not only on one server but on all servers, that's mtadiag result

Edit : I upgrade mtasa version to 7371 and same problem.

MTASA Work perfectly but the problem in download only, I forget to say the problem same in windows 8.1 and windows 10
