ok guys i annas closed his server then i opened one then he open one in the same name so who is wrong me or iannas if iannas pls any moderator close his server

First of all, this is the wrong section. You should have replied to this thread - viewtopic.php?f=114&t=31463

To the topic, I guess you should close your server. If he closed his server for a while only for some reason, you do not have any right to copy his server's name without his permission.

You need his permission to use his name if he founded it. Otherwise, you should close yours.

You just opened your server with the name of his one just for a reason to bring its players to yours so basically that's totally unfair which you have to close yours when IAnnas opens his server again ..
