Searching for resources

Hi ,i am searching for these resources for my DAYZ server:

Admin on duty (you have a text on your head what say ADMIN ON DUTY (NO DM) and godmode and some other things..)

GP system with shops included.

Base system - you can make bases for players and much more.. (idk is this a resource im new )

I want to know how to make the zombies to be killed by 1 hit and to make them rarest..

/suicide command

A color chat for groups and for admins i want to appear the rank in the chat

And cars to spawn on my map (the cars are so rare )

And to make the start inventory more larger i want to make from 8 slots to 16 slots

I can pay for some of them if are not free and if you could say me how to install this would be perfect.
