Server MySQL

Hello, i'm oppening a new roleplay server with a friend, we have a host, bue we put all the resources and the mysql database at the host, anyways when i tried to login, or to register, it just appears "sending resources to server", and dont do nothing more, can someone help us?

There is any way to change the server GNU/Linux to Windows? in the host??
