Scripts dont works

hi all ,i installed the mta 1.4.1 and i did a server but :

1. the scripts dont works ,nothing .a simple scrip a outputchatbox and dont work

2.i dont know how putme admin of my server

Do you see anything in the console (f8) when starting the resource?
