Hey there i have seen in many forums that billboard have some custom pics. How can i do that ? I know that using draw will be inaffective.

Use shaders or replace the TXD.

As our friends already said, you can use engine functions that can do this for you. There is four necessary functions:

engineLoadTXD()

engineImportTXD()

engineLoadDFF()

engineReplaceModel()

You get the model of billboard and use these functions for change it.

Wrong , he don't need to use this

engineLoadDFF()

engineReplaceModel()

He is talking about the billboard texture (TXD).
