[REL] drft resource adapted to Freeroam

Hello, like most of us, we really liked the drft resource, but it does not have any saving.

So i made a version of this resource, wich features records saving to an .xml, account drift score saving and ranks.

Nothing much else to say,

NOTE: Its my custom version, it features changing colours of the HUD, and the Score is repositioned so it is a bit under the chat.
