Setting player attributes

Is it possible to set a player attribute using mtama or some other scripted method? I would like to be able to set player health (to 100), set player skin, move a player to a different location, etc. I would like to do similar things to vehicles if it is possible. These things would happen based on events in the game. For example, if a player complets a certain task, his health would be set back to 100 and he would be teleported back to the beginning.

Any suggestions are welcome.
