Servers never loading on the server browser list!

I have a problem since one week, everytime I try to play I find no servers on the server list. I've asked that on my server's forums and I got 23 answers, none of them worked. I tried re-installing GTA and MTA many times. I need real solutions other than trying to refresh my server list and so on.

Something is blocking gta_sa.exe or proxy_sa.exe. What firewall/internet security products do you have installed?

Nothing other than the normal firewall and it's actually off.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.
