xeon17 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I always get the same error , it's impossible to change my account password. No matter what i enter i always get the same error. The password does not contain the required characters.

If it's on forums, make sure that you enter your old password in the required field, and use a new password that has 6 to 30 characters, and contains at least one number, one capital and one regular letter.
