[Databases] please help me ASAP

There are a few questions that I would like to ask, some mysteries that are unsolved for me..

Which is the best database structure? (XML, SQLite, MYSQL) and why?

I felt that MTA Wiki is not enough for learning SQLite.. can you suggest any other ways to learn it perfectly?

is it useful to make your own custom gridlist, and scrollbar? Has anyone ever done it?

Which is the resource that the mta community needs? I mean something like GUIeditor or something? what do they need?

Just don't use XML or files and you will be fine. SQLite and MySQL are both perfect for a game-server. Just Google to find out their differences.

For your other 2 questions, useful depends on what you need. And probably no one can tell you what the community needs, you just have to search for a good idea that wasn't made before.
