Spawn Panel [HELP]

1. I changered server.lua and client.lua and made my own gang with good gang panel from community but it works only until I reconnect from the server

2. How could I make that spawn menu shows up only when you die and only when you're login and you're dead.

Use the event ,https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/OnClientPlayerWasted to show the panel when the player die.
