Bonsai
Hey Peeps, Why doesn't onClientChatMessage provide the responsible resource/element? The serverside version onChatMessage does. https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/On ... hatMessage https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/OnChatMessage Bonsai Link to comment
MTA Team botder Posted January 16, 2015 MTA Team Share Posted January 16, 2015 Maybe some resources don't exist clientside (only the running ones)? Link to comment
Bonsai
Okay, meanwhile I found a way to achieve what I wanted, by cancelling the players chat in "onPlayerChat" event. So now, everything that still goes through "onClientChatMessage" comes from a resource or MTA itself. But I'm still wondering why it doesn't provide a real source instead of just root. Bonsai.
