database down - i can't enter most servers

please help guys i can't enter most of mta-sa server, its tell me (CD48) "Database down please contact MTA team."

i re-downloaded GTA-SA and MTA from official site, so please anyone can solve my problem?

anyway you are true because you was in game with me and you saw the chat i was just going to help yazn i asked him some question and he answered me so, as he said he re-installed mta and GTA-SA, but that doesn't work.

so anyone can find a solution to solve my problem?

and there's another servers doesn't work too and give me this error, but many servers works fine too.

please any idea to solve my problem?

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.
