So this server has a fake playercount and fake playerslot number(how do you even do that?)

This server has always the same custom fake server list including the player Troll

This is obviously a troll server

When you connect to it, it redirects you to another empty server

but how could this be possible?fake playercount...how? or is this a MTA Team joke?

You can very easily change MTA's source code to spoof a player count, but then custom servers shouldn't be able to function as normal.
