what is the sync like shooting?

hey guys how are you suppose to kill people on mta?

i tried skin shooting but it seems no one dies or takes any hits.. i don't understand the sync. am i suppose to skin shoot or lag shoot? please help me

GTA SA is a hitscan game. Meaning if your crosshair is on the player, the game will calculate that as a hit. Simply aim and click.
