MTA Port Problem

I have a strange problem i did not had this problem before and I have not made any changes to the server, the problem is port 22005 this ports just opens and closes constantly is annoying because not letting my friends download at times and that problem just kiks them from the server, does anyone know how to fix this?

Sounds like you have a dynamic IP address. You'll need to make that a static one or get yourself some weird settings so it opens for all of your ip's. I'd rather get yourself a static ip.
