Vehicle properties/browser does not prompt

I'm trying to create vehicles in editor mode using the 'Create Vehicle' button. The vehicle pops up, but the 'Properties' window doesn't. Here's a picture of the window I'm talking about: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/images/3 ... _Props.png

This problem started occurring about a week ago, even though I haven't made any changes to the game files for the past 2 weeks. Before that, I had no problems whatsoever.

I've tried reinstalling the game, but that doesn't fix the problem.

I've adressed the problem further and come to the conclusion that it's my samp0.3e resource pack that's causing the problem.

The problem lies within the editor_gui.zip archive, so it's not actually the game freezing, but the game telling me to choose a vehicle from a list/gui that doesn't prompt. I've been looking inside individual files to see if I can find any differences in the default files and the custom files, but the only difference I've found is that the custom files are considerably larger because of the added content.
