MTA Flickering/bilinking?

Hello , i have a problem. in my mta my screen flickering (flashing?).

My laptop : Packard Bell EasyNote ENTF71BM , I have Latest newest video driver(i also test on older video driver - nothing). My graphics card run grid 2 , dayz standalone , fifa 14.

I want play in MTA DayZ.I tested in MTA DiaG. This is my Log:

Try disabling D3DOverrider.

If that does not help, install anti-virus and do a full scan.
