The point is I need the same as in the Admin Panel, A button when you click on it a scrollpane with all vehicles (named not id's) in it. I'm searching the code and found some lines about it.

You probably talking about ComboBox and not ScrollPane.

Admin panel is using gridList because when it was made the combobox wasn't available yet.
