Trying to open a server

Hi all people and thank you for opened my topic!

From this days till now I am thinking about opening a RealLife Server. I already have some scripts and I know how to make some of the others. I realy am needing a person who can make me the more difficult ones wich I can help out and that person helps me. It's because I am spending too much time ont his and I think I cannot make it only with my work. I need someone that already has worked this way and knows the "how to" of a think like this.
