orappa Posted August 23, 2004 Posted August 23, 2004 I think this is a problem with the VC v1.1 patch. The patch isn't essential - it's only needed if you experienced graphical corruption with v1.0, so if you didn't then you may as well uninstall it.

The 1.1 patch does cause problems with the radar. I use to use it and had no people on the radar, no colors, and then I went to 1.0. Started to work just fine.
