What is a good estimate on tire sizes on in game vehicles?

I hate it when people bump, because i know its because nobody probably knows the answer to this, so ill try and be a little more clear

Is there a procedure to get a vehicles wheel size, and if so is the size in GTA units? (Meters i believe)

yes there is one. ProssLineOfSight can detect tires.
