disconnect after few min

There is 2 weeks that im having this problem: i will disconnect from server after few mins playing or maybe only one min.it says= disconnected:connection to the server lost [CD16] and this is not only for one server. There are 16 servers in my recent that are my favorite servers but only can play one of the servers that works everytime and thats

||mini-missions||. i can play this server for hours with no problem and in internet part the servers that i cant play will turn black after a while. my favorite server is zombie hell party . this server and other servers that im not able to play will become available after some hours and then after i play for few mins in these servers i lose my connection. everytime that i lose my connection it gives me the massage that i wrote in sec line. PLEASE HELP!!!

and i forgot to say: i started using mta 2 years ago and i didnt have any problem with servers till 2 weeks ago and this happened for first time when i was playing then i disconnected from the server and this shit happened. I reinstalled gta and mta 2 times but it didnt work
