needing help with making a server

so yeah,ive read most MTA wikis about servers creation,setup and scripting,ive watched tons of videos and ive read endless posts about all the above in a variety of websites too.but it seems like i cant be helped by anyone.

at first i was told i has to download MS servers,then i was told i can just setup the game from "host game" option,after that i was told i could do it with the MTA files themselfes,and 1,5 day ago,i joined a random server with 1 person in it (an admin) and after talking to him he said he'd help me setup a server today.so he told me to buy a 5 euro paysafe card to pay for the VPS and unfortunately,he was nowhere to be seen,as he blocked me from his server for no reason,making me pay 5 euros for something i dont know how to use.

i need someone to spend some time with me and help me create a server,if anybody can help PLEASE let me know

Go to hosting section and go for Vortex Hosting. It will get you a non-laggy server and with all access. It had no problem till now. Not even a single lag or crash!

but,he won nothing...i still have the paysafe card (he never asked for the code) and as i said i want paysafe card since i cant pay with paypal or anything else..only paysafe
