Hello , can someone give me the resource from community to draw images or text when player is downloading.

Never heard of a resource like that but it's simple to make however, see this: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Textdisplay, as soon "onPlayerJoin" is triggered you create a text element server side which will be displayed while downloading, not sure if you can show images while downloading thought.
