Ping lag cause by MTA - Interned browser relation

As the topic name says, with the recent MTA update im having big PING lag when i open up my internet browser and i play MTA. On server where my latency stays at 30 ms it goes up to 2000 and after a few seconds goes to normal. It allways hops like that and makes it almost unplayable experience. I hope someone knows the solution.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)
  
• Storage driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

So now it turns out it happens allways while in MTA, even when my internet browser is off. I have no idea why, ive allready reainstalled but with no success. Sure i will try what you pointed out.

EDIT: At that time my browser was probably running in background, its still the only thing that causes it.
